I recently had the pleasure of staying at a heritage hotel with old world charm. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with ample lighting and hot water in the bathroom. the staff was accommodating and helpful especially when traveling with a toddler. the location was away from the hustle and bustle of the city allowing for peace and quiet, and the staff ensured all needs were met. This hotel truly provides a cozy, comfortable, and stress-free experience.
The hotel lacked in-room snacks or refreshments for morning tea and coffee.

The food was amazing and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The location was also great, just a short drive away from the mall road parking. I also appreciated the all-inclusive package that was worth it.
The lack of heating in public rooms during winter was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was poorly maintained and the warm water ran out quickly leaving me with a freezing shower.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a fantastic time! the staff were amazing and made our stay truly special. the food was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of it! the location was also great, with easy access to the main attractions in town. We also loved the cozy and comfortable rooms, perfect for a romantic getaway.
There were a few things that could have been improved. there were some issues with the heating and hot water, which made for a less-than-ideal experience during the colder months.
